Dhanraj has been associated with nearly 100 healthcare projects as a healthcare consultant, advising right from planning and design, medical and allied devices through commissioning involving HR, IT services, policies, etc. He has been a visiting faculty at Garware and Welingkar Institutes, Thadomal Shahani Engineering College and Watumull Institutes in Mumbai. He is a postgraduate in Physics and Mathematics from the Mumbai University, has an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute, Mumbai and a Masters in Hospital Administration and a certified internal assessor for NABH. He continues to lead Technecon’s versatile team across various healthcare projects.

In 2009, Harsh was responsible for the operational setup of Superfund Financial, an Austrian managed futures fund in India. His team created an operational foothold for the organization in India, and also established the smooth functioning of the investment fund in alliance with the Asian headquarters in Hong Kong.
From 2012 to 2014, he served IIFL Wealth Management as a financial advisor for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients, developing portfolio solutions and asset allocation strategies.
Harsh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Computer Science from Denison University, OH, USA. He also has a MBA in Investment Banking & Wealth Management from the S. P. Jain School of Global Management.
He is now pursuing his new found passion in fostering the expertise of Technecon Healthcare in promoting efficient and cost effective healthcare delivery as well as delighting clients on a global scale. Now, as a healthcare consultant, his strategy, finance, and operations experience, have been rewarding in several healthcare projects.

Drawn towards the interweaved components which form a hospital’s financial model, Shabnoor has keen interest in conducting financial feasibility studies and developing effective financial models for greenfield healthcare projects. Her working knowledge of the complex eco-system of a hospital allows her to conduct service line analysis and audits of hospitals and recommend turnaround strategies.
As a healthcare consultant, Shabnoor has contributed towards twenty healthcare projects and envisages to work towards developing robust operational models that not only improve a hospital’s top line but also focus on quality care and patient delight.
